I can see why the other reviews talks about Manny. I was having a bad day due to having to move but he was so understanding, polite and professional. This is the best storage place on the island because of him.

Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. I have been with Storage Post for over a year. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit recently. They are always there for me in one way or another when needed without any hesitation and this time was no different. A definite 5 star location in this area!

I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings.
