I highly recommend this place for all storage needs. The hours are great, as well as the location for my business. I had excellent customer service from an employee named Jessica. I highly recommend Storage Post in Lawrence, NY. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is clean and secure. I love the climate-controlled units, and the 24-hour access is extremely convenient.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who provided support on August 1st 9:00am but his customer skills were excellent. He reviewed offers, payment options, helpful tips for navigating the unit and building (where to drop off after hours, etc.). Special thanks to this staff member for his support.

At the storage post located in Floral Park I have to say it’s very clean and very helpful I have been a member for a few years. A few days ago I had an issue with my lock and the manger Eric was so helpful took the time assist me until it was resolved. I highly recommend this particular this place.
