He took the time to walk me through the entire facility, showing me all the available units and their pricing. His patience and friendly demeanor made me feel so comfortable that I immediately decided to sign the contract. The entire team, including his co-workers, was kind and helpful throughout the process. I also want to commend the District Manager for building such a wonderful team. Their dedication to customer service is clear, and it makes all the difference. I highly recommend Storage Post to anyone in need of storage solutions. The service is excellent, and the people are even better!

Porsha is amazing! She is very knowledgeable & understands the product and needs of her customers. She was professional, empathetic, customer friendly and understanding. She was also patient & polite. The facility is clean and safe.

My experience at Bell Tower was always pleasant, Brent was awesome and always a big help, I had my unit for 2 years and never had any issues, I only wish they had Sunday hrs, but it was not a major problem, if I ever need the need for storage again I will return....

Sure beats paying crazy high storage rates in NYC. At Storage Post I not only got a less expensive rate, but a bigger space. The manager at this location was very helpful in finding a space that worked for me and locking in a good deal. Really appreciate that.

I was too quick to judge this place after a minor misunderstanding, the manager Alex called me within an hour and explained to me everything. It’s great to really have a place that actually delivers everything they say. The customer service is amazing and responsive. I would definitely recommend this store unit over the others in Yonkers . Totally set the bar for me.
