I helped a friend move from one 5 x 5 storage unit to another. The one she was in was over $200 a month. This one was next-door for 75 a month with two months free. Price locked in for six months. About $55 up front. Processing etc. $355 over 6 month as opposed to about $1300. Kendra at the desk was kind and very easy to deal with. Make sure you go when Hector is there. High energy. Very accommodating. You can tell he likes what he does. He should get a raise. Let’s face it. It’s a concrete and metal box. Lot’s of choices around. I highly recommend this place because of the employees.

I had such a great experience at Storage Post! From start to finish, everything went super smoothly thanks to Imani. She was so kind, helpful, and patient—really took the time to make show me different units and explain the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making things easy. It’s not often you come across customer service this good, trust me I worked for Apple and truly understand and have high expectation on what true genuine customer service feels like! Big shoutout to Imani for making my day and turning what could’ve been a stressful process into a really pleasant one. I truly hope who ever is reading this they get to experience Imani sincere, authentic, and over kind personality.

I worked with a supervisor named Eric. He went above and beyond to manage my account and make sure ALL my storage needs were met during a very tough time. I felt treated very well as a customer.

Walked into the facility and was immediately greeted by Luis and tken through a verbal communication of the policies and procedures of Storage Post Pelham. Then I was taken to the prospective unit and given further information on the unit and workings of the facility. Luis was very helpful friendly. I highly recommend Storage Post for their cleanliness and ease of registration and of course the staff. A very beautiful facility.

I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

What can I say? This site is a great site and I've had no problems since I've been storing here. The Manager Ozzie is always on top of things and very helpful when I am need of services. Thumbs up to Ozzie!
