Stellar Review for My Move into Storage Post ????? I recently moved into Storage Post, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and eager to assist. They took the time to show me around and help me select the perfect unit for my needs. The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips. What truly set Storage Post apart was the exceptional customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions and providing helpful tips on how to maximize my storage space. Overall, my experience at Storage Post has been fantastic. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable and secure storage solutions. John was extremely helpful and pleasant as we talked through my options and I ultimately selected my storage unit. The move in was easy and without any issues.

Was with the place next door for a few years where the price was high and the customer service low. Walked in to Storage Post a few months ago to inquire about pricing and was SO PLEASANTLY FRIGGIN' SURPRISED to meet Anthony who runs the joint with supreme attention to detail and wonderful salesmanship. We signed for a space on the spot, moved our stuff over the next week and are so pleased that we did. Great pricing structure, fantastically attentive/responsive. You know how certain places of business have a good feel to them? As in well run and a human/community element? Anthony makes that happen at Storage Post. And when you're lugging your s**t to or fro on a Saturday when you would much rather be doing something else, that nice vibe counts for a lot. 5 stars, no prob.

We had a good move had no problems at all. Cart was availble at time of our move. We had a bit of a problem with the storage - when I did my application and reservation with Lacy on 4/17th I reserved for a 5x5x4 but when we got there it was a locker and had to use a ladder which I specifically asked I cannot use a ladder due to my knee surgery and Lacy told me I did not have to use a ladder that storage was on the gound floor but it was not. But when we got there on 5/4th this wonderful woman Tanya assisted us so wonderfully and so helpful with our paper work of transfer to another storage on the 2nd floor. Tanya was great very professional very helpful and so nice. She was exceptional even with other customers (which i noticed). We really appreciated all her help and assistance that day that we moved in. Thank you very much, Tanya!! You should be given a good compensation for you representing Storage Post.
