I am updating my previous post in which I encountered a customer service issue over the weekend. However, Mylandria, the regional manager, called this morning with a resolution that accommodates my access needs. So thank you for taking the initiative and reaching out. Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.
