Alex Lambertus was wonderful! He was so reliable and resourceful; helped me with my move from one unit to the next with the patience of an angel. He even hooked me up with a great price and with garbage bags. He is a true asset to the facility and should definitely be promoted to management. I’m recommending this place and Alex to everyone!!!

They defiantly try to take storage to the next step, they let u send packages, climate controlled rooms, high ceilings in storage units at no extra charge, protection plans available. I feel safe to store.

The young lady working there this morning was very polite, courteous and friendly. She assisted me with my reservation, explained policy and procedures, showed me how and where my unit was and even when there was an issue with the unit she not only took care of the issue, she even contacted me when the situation was resolved. The facility is what you'd want it to be. Had a brief issue with billing but the company quickly resolved it after being made aware of the problem.

Initially, I was extremely hesitant on storing my personal items in a storage unit and wanted to find a location I could trust. Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate. This is an ideal storage facility, where you encounter excellent customer service and continued support while your items are there. Love it!!!
