Manager Anthony was EXTREMELY accommodating when I went in to sign lease for my storage unit. The associates who take reservations over the phone during the initial consultation should be as thorough as he was when it comes to making sure that the rooms rented are suitable for their customers. Anthony can certainly teach them a thing or two.

I chose this storage facility solely based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony, the manager, was great! He went above and beyond to make our move easy and seemless. Not only is the customer service great, but they also have the lowest rates in the area. Only complain I have is, they should have more staff, I think it’s a lot for one person. But still, on a very busy Saturday, with people moving in and out, plus all the new customers inquiring information in the front desk, Anthony managed to acknowledge everyone upon arrival, and take care of them in a timely manner. He was also very patient showing us around the different units available, and explaining which one would work better according to our needs and budget. When in need of storage, at a good price, convenient and with great customer service, look nowhere else..

Came in today with my husband as a first time customer. Ahjenay Santana helped us and was very very helpful. Walking in we were feeling nervous and anxious, especially because we are moving due to unfortunate circumstances and Ahjenay made us feel soo welcomed. "Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!!
