I've had to use storage facilities many times. This was by far my best experience.

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

The facility is what you'd want it to be. Had a brief issue with billing but the company quickly resolved it after being made aware of the problem.

I am very Thankful for Excellent Customer Service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visit there. Thankful for her assistance in choosing the best Storage Unit for me. My mom passed and I had to move her apartment furniture Out At short notice. This being difficult do but after speaking to this beautiful young lady. Everything came together!!! I just signed up so cannot attest to grading the facility itself but the current store manager Anthony is a gem! He was very helpful when i first signed up and got me the best unit available in regards to size and proximity to loading dock. The day i moved in was a Sunday and i was running a tad late since they do close early on that day and he was gracious enough to stay after hours to let me store my furniture that i was bringing in on a rental truck - if he hadn't stayed later i would have had no place to put my items and would have had to incur further charges with the rental truck co. I cannot thank him enough - he provided the human quality often lacking in business. His customer service and plain old compassion are second to none and this location would be smart to do anything to keep him there because i think he is the only reason the place is still running! Anthony - kudos to you and keep doing the amazing job you are doing! Thank You!
