This place is awesome the 2 gentlemen that was working the day I rented ( bold guy with glass and dude with long hair) was awesome not only did they help me with pricing but all my stuff fit great and I even got a bigger space for close to nothing

After speaking with someone at the call center, I was discouraged and began shopping elsewhere. The next morning, I had received a phone call from the Storage Post Yonkers location's manager, Anthony. Anthony was able to offer me a 10x7 room at substantially less cost and was able to provide details the call center agents simply did not have. Once I arrived at the Yonkers location, Anthony was the only employee working at the office counter. He was helping another customer when I walked in, but quickly finished and within 5 minutes began helping to answer my questions. He took me on a brief tour of the facility and showed me three different rooms that were all the same size. The layouts were slightly different as some rooms had pillars, pipes, etc running through them. I was quickly able to determine the best room for my purposes. I am very happy with the outcome and am glad I did not hastily pick yet again a non climate-controlled U-Haul room just up the street.

Rented a storage unit today and it turned out to be the wrong size I needed. Rudy was so helpful and kept my stress level low while he resolved my issue in no time. Facilities you can tell are well kept.

I had a unit at this particular location and recently had an issue that was totally my doing. I spoke to Mohammed who was so pleasant and professional and the issue was resolved expeditiously . As a retiree who is actually shut in at the moment .I appreciate Mohammed's professionalism and understanding. He made my day and I will certainly refer my friends and family to use this site.

My unit is very nice and well ventilated and I can access it at anytime.. It is a great place to store your belongings.

( Unit 317) I came to the New Rochelle storage post on Saturday first and foremost there was so much commotion going on and the young lady Ashley handle it so well !!!! I actually offered to buy her lunch because I felt so bad for her LOL she gave us a small tour showed us how to access the building after hours in detail , the facility smelled so clean and looked clean as well !! I definitely would recommend this location!! Thank you Ashley !!

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

I absolutely am very happy I chose this storage facility to put my belongings in. Not only is it very clean. The gentleman behind the counter in New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He also was a tremendous help to me. I am handicap and he helped me push my cart. I am also very deadly afraid of elevators and the gentleman escorted me to my unit on the fourth floor. I forgot he’s name but I think it was Vector. He deserves a raise. Happy customer here. Will recommend it to everyone. Thank You.
