Great service by Alexandra & Porsche. I had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and these two ladies provided exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend this location. If your lucky you will get to meet Alexandra as she is one of the most helpful people I have encountered in a long time. Storage Post is lucky to have such great employees.

Alex and Ashley at Storage Post made my stressful move completely stress free when it came to storage. All aspects of the storage facility were completely explained. I highly recommend this facility because the employees were so thoughtful and made the process very smooth.

All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! I Have been using Storage Post Facility for seven months.Marisol was very helpfull resoilving my Problem.Very Secure and clean. I would recommend anyone to this facility just keep the prices from going up every year.

I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.

Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !
