Good Morning, I wanted to take this time this morning to write a long overdue and well deserved review on this Storage Post here in New Rochelle. Having had several bad experiences with customer service in general I found this to be a worthy post. As I finally decided to come on board and rent a unit I must say that I was surprised by the welcoming hospitality that I received coming in the door, during a quick tour to actually see a few possible units that I may be interested in, as well upon my leaving the store. The woman I met was simply amazing and I can tell was truly genuine about people and her job (meeting the needs of customers). Her name is Zophier. Zophier not only made me be at ease with this decision and transition but she also was able to smoothly multitask and yet not forget the business we had begun. As I finally decided on a unit after seeing a few, Zophier made this sign up as easy as possible for me. Since I have been here everything has been smooth sailing and. Because of this outstanding service I already brought in a friend and will continue to refer people to this branch at the Storage Post of New Rochelle. Thank you Zophier and thank you Storage Post for having such an amazing representative on deck who actually cares. Trust me in today's businesses it is extremely rare. ~ Lawrence

I currently have a storage unit and needed an additional one. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley. It was nice to interact with a female for a change. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Ashley for you customer assistance

I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.

I came in yesterday to move into a second unit with storage post, lavona showed me around and she wowed me with her great personality! I called after I left took the unit right away and today I had some movers help me move in. We were done less than an hour! She continued to offer me a smile and great customer service as she walked around the building to take care of what she needed to do and she was so nice to my movers. She really is a great example of what customer service looks like and what most people like myself appreciate and value when we’re in business with a company. Great job lavona !

I just signed up so cannot attest to grading the facility itself but the current store manager Anthony is a gem! He was very helpful when i first signed up and got me the best unit available in regards to size and proximity to loading dock. The day i moved in was a Sunday and i was running a tad late since they do close early on that day and he was gracious enough to stay after hours to let me store my furniture that i was bringing in on a rental truck - if he hadn't stayed later i would have had no place to put my items and would have had to incur further charges with the rental truck co. I cannot thank him enough - he provided the human quality often lacking in business. His customer service and plain old compassion are second to none and this location would be smart to do anything to keep him there because i think he is the only reason the place is still running! Anthony - kudos to you and keep doing the amazing job you are doing! Thank You!
