"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

I was transferring My belongings from a different storage company to a to this location, which was closer to my home.Ozzie, the manager, was amazing and made the process more enjoyable. I’m happy I moved.
