Storage Post in yonkers is the best! They have the best prices and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Anthony V. Hooked me up with a great price, a great size space, a free lock and he even let me finish moving my stuff in when they were supposed to be closing. They are caring and provide the best customer service! I highly recommend storage post!

After speaking with someone at the call center, I was discouraged and began shopping elsewhere. The next morning, I had received a phone call from the Storage Post Yonkers location's manager, Anthony. Anthony was able to offer me a 10x7 room at substantially less cost and was able to provide details the call center agents simply did not have. Once I arrived at the Yonkers location, Anthony was the only employee working at the office counter. He was helping another customer when I walked in, but quickly finished and within 5 minutes began helping to answer my questions. He took me on a brief tour of the facility and showed me three different rooms that were all the same size. The layouts were slightly different as some rooms had pillars, pipes, etc running through them. I was quickly able to determine the best room for my purposes. I am very happy with the outcome and am glad I did not hastily pick yet again a non climate-controlled U-Haul room just up the street.

Rudy was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was not sure of what size storage space I needed as I was going to book it online and I’m glad I went in. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly! I highly recommend!

Went to storage post and really appreciated Rudy service. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE SERVICE FROM HIM WAS EXCELLENT.

The gentleman at the front desk Kennard Jordan was very cordial and accommodating. The location is very convenient and there is easy access to whatever location your locker is located. I highly recommend this location!!

Hi my name is Sonia and I'm storing my things with at first I wasn't sure what to do I was very confused about what I should do. but in the middle of making up my mind the young man that I was speaking with really help me with my situation his name is Mr Kevin Miller he's just a wonderful person he's so awesome he's just fit for the job he also have a great personality he's very professional and very nice person and I felt very comfortable doing business with him he does a very good job keeping the storage property very clean and that got my attention I would like to say to Mr Miller ur a very good property Manager and I give u a perfect 10 u deserve it ur a great Manager and I believe u will go far with you job keep up the good work ur awesome. thanks for making me feel so relaxed my mind is at ease all the very best to you and stay bless Amen. I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

Lavona and Edilee were great! I made a visit and inquired about a 5x10 unit which I will be moving into next week! I’ve chosen to look around to see what storages best fit me and I believe my husband and I will choose here. both very knowledgeable and helpful ! Let’s not forget both smiles and personality’s very vibrant ! I highly recommend. The buildings kept extremely clean.
