This place is very clean & easy. Love that there are carts available & you don’t have to ask someone to unlock them. They are conveniently at docking station.

Porscha was wonderfully; and extremely helpful on the phone. Gave me a detailed description of sizes and what I needed to know. When I got to the office located at the storage facility, John got me signed up and in my unit in minutes. He gave me a tour so I can get to my unit quickest and made sure I was all set up before separating from me. Thanks so much!

Gloria was very professional and made our move in very easy. Building was clean, storing was made easy with assessable loading area. She was very helpful in transferring us to a bigger unit. Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Alex Lambertus at the Yonkers store was a great help. He showed us a few rooms until he found the perfect one for us. Getting us in was simple. Great customer service, and a clean building. I would recomend this place to all of my friends and family.
