Im a customer at this location and it’s always kept nice and clean, Luis the manager is always polite and make sure the customer get what they ask for.

I’ve had my things in a huge storage compartments for about one year and each and every time I’ve had a concern or question everyone on staff has always been helpful, professional and very courteous In assisting me each time. The facility is extremely clean which for me is essential and the facility is very convenient if one needs to grocery shop and a Petsmart is located a hop, skip and a jump from them. When my POD arrived I thought it was going to be a challenge but everything was done quickly due to the availability of their 2 huge elevators. I recommend this particular facility to anyone needing great access to their belongings because of their after hours extended hours and great staff.

First I want to start off by saying Ashley has GREAT customer service and she is one the reason that My husband and I decided to view the space . I was price shopping and I had a few stores to check out but Ashley secured my decision! We will be renting here, Thank you Ashley

This is my first time renting a storage unit and Ozzie the manager made the process so easy !!! He was very straight forward and to the point, he explained everything and answer all questions. I wish there was more people like him ! His so friendly and helpful !! Will definitely recommend friends and family

Ozzie, the manager of Pelham Storage Post is the best. Not only the place is super clean, but the service from Ozzie was also the best.

Storage Post is a clean storage facility. The employees are respectable, courteous and very helpful. I have two storages lockers and I recommend this storage to anyone who would like to storage any item.

I’ve had several units with them in the past. I recently had to get a new unit. I’ve always received above and beyond customer service which is why I always come back. My recent encounter tops them all! I was assisted by Livan. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable and also helped me get the right unit for my belongs. I can honestly say within the years of storing my belongings there, Livan is in my top 5 best reps!!! The staff there is always happy, smiling and helpful. Whenever I need help they do their best to rectify the situation. It's always clean and well maintained which is a super dupper plus for me. The store is convenient and close to major highways. I feel safe storing my belongings there because the staff always provide warming welcomes and departures which ensures me that I picked the perfect location.

I would like to say that you have two wonderful employee . 1- Anthony Vola 2- a lady I dont know her bame but she is wonderful they are very helpful , understand , curtious . Great ppl . Give them a raise and praise .

Anthony, the branch manager was very helpful and polite! He stopped eating his lunch to help me! Over all experience was outstanding!

Both gentlemen at this facility were excellent removed my doubts that customer service skills no longer existed they were attentive they were helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items at the facility. On the other hand contacting customer service on the phone although the lady was very sweet and even offered me a free lock for my storage container was very pushy about collecting The $25 administration fee that was already stated I had to pay in my email. Each time I called it almost felt like there was a push to collect this money and even was told I’m not guaranteed my price but it was already guaranteed in an email. Also customer service fails toinform you that there is a $10 a month fee for insurance unless you already have renters insurance which the gentleman happily explaied so the $25 admistrastion fee is actually $35 And your unit is the price plus $10 a month. I have insurance so not an issue for me. My 5 star on top is because the facility really really took care of business and the two men that were there were very professional and helpful they deserve recognition.
