I am a longtime customer and have seen many people come and go at Storage Post. Rudy Pierre was one of the best people I have ever dealt with and am so glad that he is working there. He clearly has had experience in this field and would make a great manager at one of your many locations. This person is well easily worth promoting, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I waited while he dealt with several people ahead of me. In doing so, I witnessed him handling customers, one lady that was being truly ridiculous and he stayed calm and nice through it all. Rarely do you see that! Santana is also a very sharp person working for the company, very personable and thorough and as friendly as can be. She has great people skills and is also someone that I fee should easily be promoted, very solid. Alex Oates is obviously a staple with the company and is solid as well, also very customer oriented and has helped me on several occasions to feel comfortable with staying at Storage Post, particularly when other managers were leaving or I had a major issue there. He is obviously invaluable and should be a full blown executive at this company. Eric, Erika and others have been great at the headquarters in Atlanta, really amazing and of course Pete has also been pro customer with me over the 10 plus years that I have rented from SP. I plan to continue to stay with the company as a renter and am always referring new customers, have probably referred over 20 people during my time as a renter. Anyhow, there are a few things that are problematic things that have nothing to do with your employees but that should perhaps be addressed with Alex and I will do that when he and I talk next. I feel as a renter that this location needs to be kept clean of street people that have nothing else to do but hang out and bother renters like myself. That’s the part that doesn’t feel good or In fact...safe. Anyhow, overall, you guys are great and the people working for you in Yonkers that I have dealt with...are doing an incredible job, hope corporate will take note of that. Staff made the entire process extremely convenient and fast. I viewed my unit and was given access in less than 30 minutes.

I wanted to move into storage post on Saturday. I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.
