Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

Horrible service - there is no one ever in the office and they call me toay to try to charge twice my monthly rate on 2 items i left they claim is mine.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Alex Lambertus at the Yonkers store was a great help. He showed us a few rooms until he found the perfect one for us. Getting us in was simple. Great customer service, and a clean building. I would recomend this place to all of my friends and family.
