Both gentlemen at this facility were excellent removed my doubts that customer service skills no longer existed they were attentive they were helpful and made me feel very comfortable about leaving my items at the facility. On the other hand contacting customer service on the phone although the lady was very sweet and even offered me a free lock for my storage container was very pushy about collecting The $25 administration fee that was already stated I had to pay in my email. Each time I called it almost felt like there was a push to collect this money and even was told I’m not guaranteed my price but it was already guaranteed in an email. Also customer service fails toinform you that there is a $10 a month fee for insurance unless you already have renters insurance which the gentleman happily explaied so the $25 admistrastion fee is actually $35 And your unit is the price plus $10 a month. I have insurance so not an issue for me. My 5 star on top is because the facility really really took care of business and the two men that were there were very professional and helpful they deserve recognition.

Anthony, is an amazing employee, the way he presented himself, kind, courteous , and respectful. I would recommend this storage to anyone the prices are also really cheap, and they are willing to work around your budget 10/10

Sure beats paying crazy high storage rates in NYC. At Storage Post I not only got a less expensive rate, but a bigger space. The manager at this location was very helpful in finding a space that worked for me and locking in a good deal. Really appreciate that.

Kennard was very attentive, professional and knowledgable. He not only showed me a couple of prospective units, ince I chose, he explained the billing and started the auto payment process to make it easier.

staff was super helpful and courteous. I ended up running out of room with the unit I reserved and they helped me get another keeping it on the same floor which made my move in much easier.

Excellent Facility

ASHLEY is amazing! She was so kind and efficient. I wasn't certain how much space would be good for me and she took me to three different units so that I could settle on a what would be best for my needs. She is such a lovely person! Ashley told me about the prices and promotions for the space and helped me set up autopay. She also was able to help me figure out what boxes I would need to pack my stuff up for storage and what discounts were available. Such a great experience! Everything is super clean and climate controlled. I love that this location gives you the option to access your space even if office hours are over for the day. I looked into other locations for comparison and they limit you to office hours only which is tough for a working person with a hefty commute. I highly recommend this storage location and especially speaking with Ashley!
