Anthony was amazing! We upgraded our unit after nine years at this location. This location is clean, modern and convenient! Never had a problem in 9 years! Highly recommend this location.

Livan and Gabe are wonderful guys that made my life easier by giving me an inquiry and sending it to my social worker which decreased stress levels. The tour around the facility was magnificant , clean bright atmosphere, Great customer service and a good opportunity to communicate one on one level. All my questions were answered and very knowledgeable answers.

Great customer service! New to the area and needed storage quickly, was able to find just what I needed at Storage Post. The climate-controlled units at Storage Post on Broadway are a game-changer. My belongings have never been better protected. The staff is also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Im a fire alarm vendor(highrisefire)for storage post i had a great experience while testing their fire alarm system i was in good hands with kevin miller area manager at this location very helpful,profetional great customer service and a exceptional employee,kevin was awesome made my job and my day easier,i recommed this location to everyone well deserve five stars.

I reserved a storage unit online this morning at about 8:30 am, and received a call from Larry within minutes of the store opening. He was polite and helpful and welcomed me to New York.
