Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

The manager Ozzie forgive me if I misspelled his name was hands down the best manager of a storage facility that I have ever came across. He’s the Jalen Hurt of storage post. MVP. The facility itself is top-notch—clean, well-organized, and secure. I felt completely at ease knowing that my belongings are protected with their advanced security features, including 24/7 surveillance and gated access. Moving in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient loading docks and ample parking spaces available. I also appreciated the selection of packing supplies available on-site, which made it easy to grab everything I needed without any extra trips.
