He even hooked me up with a great price and with garbage bags. He is a true asset to the facility and should definitely be promoted to management. I’m recommending this place and Alex to everyone!!!

Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate.
