Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. We rented last week and I've been procrastinating on writing this review but I promise Ashley I would !! Your personality is amazing super friendly , bubbly and patient!! Great location for storage. Clean facility and great service. Tanaysha is always great. My employees state she's always friendly and always greets them with a smile. Definitely looking to move our 10x20 unit to this location as well.

Ozzy is the man! He helped me move into my 4th storage unit with Storage Post. Love this location in New Rochelle. It’s got later access with a key code than other storage options and it’s a well managed and well run facility. Thank you to Ozzy and the team at New Rochelle Storage Post! I was supposed to be moving to a new apartment and a water pipe burst which put my move off a few weeks. I already have another unit and was looking to store the rest of my belongings until the repairs were done. I had reserved a 12x17 unit but by the time I had gotten there it had been rented. Your employee, Angie, was wonderful. She took me to a few units until we found the best one and she was so helpful when it came to linking both units together and helping us to finish our move. She was very helpful and put my brother and I at ease. I hope that you tell her how much we appreciated her help in what could have been a difficult situation

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.
