I found Storagepost online, made my payment and then went into the office on moving day, I was comfortable dealing with the female in the office, I use the location in Pelham. The faculty is clean, organized , I got a coupon for a freelock, and got 2 free months from a promotion that was in place. The unit is everything I hoped and more... love it.

Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! We both are aquarius and we laughed about that. She’s a great manager and representative for storage post company. Thanks sweetie !

The move in was smooth the facility was clean orderly and organized. The store manager Anthony was kind and friendly’made us feel welcomed and extremely helped with every detail and aspect of our move. The overall experience was rlexcellevt and I recommend this storage facility.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Storage Post has a completely different atmosphere than CubeSmart. When it comes to customer service, they are the best! Yolanda, at the call center, really made it easy to get my paperwork done. She even followed up with me when I did not return her call. She absolutely took care of me. Alex is another employee who poured out positively to his customers. He did not hesitate to help me with some of my furnitures when I transferred from one unit to the next. He looked for ways to help me save and made the process personal for me when he asked about my day. Margo*, (I hope I am spelling it right), has tranquility within herself that made me want to ask more questions without feeling out of place. She was relatable and understanding. She even apologized for keeping me waiting when it was not her fault at all. Her sense of humor made the place light up. I definitely appreciate the team (company and for the company for recruiting such a powerful team. I wouldn't expect anything less at Storage Post of Yonkers, NY.
