Alex and Ashley at Storage Post made my stressful move completely stress free when it came to storage. All aspects of the storage facility were completely explained. I highly recommend this facility because the employees were so thoughtful and made the process very smooth.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.
