Alex Lambertus was wonderful! He was so reliable and resourceful; helped me with my move from one unit to the next with the patience of an angel. He even hooked me up with a great price and with garbage bags. He is a true asset to the facility and should definitely be promoted to management. I’m recommending this place and Alex to everyone!!!

Good Morning, I wanted to take this time this morning to write a long overdue and well deserved review on this Storage Post here in New Rochelle. Having had several bad experiences with customer service in general I found this to be a worthy post. As I finally decided to come on board and rent a unit I must say that I was surprised by the welcoming hospitality that I received coming in the door, during a quick tour to actually see a few possible units that I may be interested in, as well upon my leaving the store. The woman I met was simply amazing and I can tell was truly genuine about people and her job (meeting the needs of customers). Her name is Zophier. Zophier not only made me be at ease with this decision and transition but she also was able to smoothly multitask and yet not forget the business we had begun. As I finally decided on a unit after seeing a few, Zophier made this sign up as easy as possible for me. Since I have been here everything has been smooth sailing and. Because of this outstanding service I already brought in a friend and will continue to refer people to this branch at the Storage Post of New Rochelle. Thank you Zophier and thank you Storage Post for having such an amazing representative on deck who actually cares. Trust me in today's businesses it is extremely rare. ~ Lawrence
