They freak have a/c blasting on each floor as soon as you step out the elevator and other areas. Let me tell you when I went to my storages.. that was everything to me lol

WOW! I had the BEST experience at Storage Post! I was greeted by Manny who helped me find the PERFECT storage unit. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the facility and made the whole process so easy. Plus, the facility is SO CLEAN and the parking is a breeze. I highly recommend this location and Manny to anyone in need of storage!

I moved out of a storage unit located next door to Storage Post when they didn't offer me a good rate. Storage Post had a great deal and reasonable rates for the same size unit. Kendra helped me fill out the paperwork. She was courteous and answered all my questions. Héctor helped us out by showing us different units and lending a hand with the heavier boxes. The man deserves a raise. Overall, I'm happy to have switched to Storage Post.

I love the experience that I had with Alexandra . She has a great spirit and bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable about the company as well as the perfect services to meet your needs. With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own. Great company if you are looking for a secure place to keep your personal items while you transition with life.

I have 3 units here !! Ashley is always willing to help out even with my ridiculous request.She is BEYOND friendly a huge peoples person. The building is very clean and smells nice Ashley is always cleaning the facility I always tell her to take a break because she works too hard everyday Thank You Ash your hard work is always appreciated !!

Update. This has been resolved. Thanks so much for helping me out. Victor was so very helpful! Moral of the story: people get busy and sometimes help is a little slow to arrive. If you are persistent, you’ll eventually find the right person. Victor is an asset at the Storage Post location in New Rochelle. I hope he’s appreciated by the company as much as I appreciate him! Damage due to falling ceiling. No help! Need to update my review. I've been a customer for 5 years and have ways enjoyed Storage Post. However, I have damage to one of the rooms and it's getting progressively worse. I've mentioned it to the staff several times. I'll try to upload some of the pictures shortly.

Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.
