Manny really went above and beyond, he helped me create an email so that I can receive the proper electronic paper work for my records, this was my 2nd visit and he always keeps the place up to par. Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. Manny was really awesome. He was happy to assist me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I came in under emergent circumstances and he took care of me. The facility was immaculate. Very clean and organized. I highly recommend them.

Went in today for the first time and Carlos who was at the front desk was very helpful! Not only did we have a great conversation but he made the process easy, comfortable and friendly! He showed me my unit, got me a cart, gave me all the info I needed and sent me on my way! Was in an out quickly and I left with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place,if not for the storage space, for the great staff experience!

I am very impressed with the service I received in renting s storage unit this past weekend. From the call representative, Eric, to the Ridgewood manager, Carlos, I was able to reserve a unit on Thursday and move-in on Saturday without any issues. I was concerned after reading comments about unsatisfactory customer service. I wanted to give them a try due to the close proximity to my apartment, longer access hours, and the clean external appearance. Carlos was very helpful in processing my account; guiding me to my storage unit to assess the size; and showing the best route to the loading dock. I’m very pleased with my move-in storage day experience and the management at the facility.

I recently utilized the online services of Storage Post to reserve a storage unit and was thoroughly impressed by the seamless and efficient process. It was refreshing to find an online platform that made the task of ordering a storage unit so simple and straightforward.

Great place to store things short or long term

I haven't moved my stuff to the unit yet. Thats tomorrow. But the people that i spoke to were so nice that I'm sure everything will be fine.
