Storage Post Brook Ave is Awesome. Moving in is easy and very accessible. Clean facility and great Customer Service.

I went in to the facility yesterday to find a storage space and the customer service was great. A young lady named Nychelle showed me 3 units , she was patient with me and she made me feel like my items will be safe with them. I came in just to look and I’m now going in on Saturday to rent the space she showed me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!

Excellent Facility

Storage was easy to get into and out of. Staff was helpful when questions arose. Was walking distance from Harlem, which helped a lot.

today Jorge bonet and Alex Oates helped me with my storage unit at 112 bruckner Blvd. awesome manager and awesome district manager they were very compassionate and helpful. thank. you
