When arrived at the place had to wait a long long time until someone took care of paperwork, ID card, webcam photo ID, payment... everything... and the movers waiting outside payed by the hour! I wish they just assigned my unit number immediately (which was reserved previously!) and then we could go processing paperwork and everything afterwards. What a waste of time... Otherwise the storage units are new and in very good condition

The place should have a 24hr service. It is a good location. And with a proper lock my unit is secure enough. I know a lot of people use the storage facility to park in and the hours are inconvenient.

Reasonable rates make this a great place to keep your items at. They have recently upgraded everything even letting old staff go, to bad I missed them. Update, those reasonable rates are getting higher, in the span of a few months I've already gotten two rate increases. All that fixing up in there is coming out the customers pocket. Will have to rethink if I should stay or go if they keep raising rates every 3 or 4 months. I would think with all the new storage lockers making more money they would leave rates alone. Every little nook and cranny has a new locker, ridiculous. Another $10 dollar rate increase for 12/2033. Will be moving stuff out slowly so by the summer can say later. Started out with reasonable rates but with rate increases almost every month it's getting ridiculous. Where's all the extra money they getting for all those new storage spaces they charging people for.

I have a couple of issues l was quoted one price online but when l got to the actual facility the price was totally different and why do you not have bins for us to dispose of things when we're cleaning the out I've rented before and we were furnished with that luxury.

Only one of the elevators worked, which slowed down how quickly I could move my stuff in and cost me more with my moving company.

It was good, except the storage units were not accurately measured (smaller than the size that they were listed at) so we had to look at several units to find one that was big enough, I would suggest getting the actual measurements of each unit. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Dayna was able to assist with the services I needed and provided solutions to any issues I had. The facility is clean and well lit. This is not accessible 24 hours due to “ security reasons”. Fares may suddenly increase without much of a heads up. Mine were raised before I even had a year of service. It’s okay.
