Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! This is my second time renting a unit in this location and I have to say: “Is awesome’. A lot of space, privacy, service. Always neat and clean. A lot of carts to make your moving easy. I highly recommend it. And the price is much better...And I have to say: “Kayla is the Best, she is very kind and respectful” Thanks!

just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!!
