I was working with an elderly woman that could not remember where she'd placed her keys. THANKFULLY, Brandon was able to open the storage unit with no hesitation. This place is THE BEST!!! It is a clean and well kept facility and the rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. As for the staff, I only encountered one so far which was Alex and he was AWESOME!!! I was having a bit of a difficult time getting situated but he really helped to make the check-in process run smoothly. Also, Alex answered all of my questions and explained the storage facilities policies and procedures to me clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs due to its economical prices and its staff (so far Alex...if he is any indication of the rest of the staff then I am sure that they are just as AWESOME!!!).

This is the second time we have rented with Storage Post in Garden City. The place is immaculate and climate controlled. The location is very convenient to our daughter's college. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even remembered us from last year. We will continue to rent with them as long as our daughter is in school.

Storage Post in yonkers is the best! They have the best prices and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Anthony V. Hooked me up with a great price, a great size space, a free lock and he even let me finish moving my stuff in when they were supposed to be closing. They are caring and provide the best customer service! I highly recommend storage post!
