I've had a unit at River Road Storage Post since 2008. The service there has always been impeccable -- helpful, competent and kind -- in short, humane -- a rarity these days. I've never had a problem with the unit's security or any kind of infestation by bugs. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend. I heartily second and third (if that's possible!) the service that Brandon provides and agree that management should give him a raise and understand what an asset he is to the company.

Super super nice and very efficient. Did everything over the phone, I just had to show up and finalize a few things. He walked me to the unit and showed me everything. Excellent prices! Great in person and over the phone customer service! Definitely recommend.

Every now and then, one comes across someone whose customer service is way beyond the norm, one who, if I owned a business, I would try to hire immediately. I have several storage units at the River Road location, and Brandon had been one of those people who excel in every aspect of their work. Give that man a raise!! I have had the most peaceful and reassuring experience at the River road Storage Post. My favorite specialist is Brandon Adams who has always patiently guided me through keeping my property safe and making sure I pay in a timely manner in order to keep to the terms of the storage rented.
