Decided to rent a small unit and the minute I walked in the door for assistance I already felt it was a really great experience. Edyta Colon, Store Specialist has superb customer service skills. No access after 6 PM. 2nd floor is a furnace. NO AC. No garbage cans outside. ELEVATOR SMELLS & CARPET SO DIRTY. but it’s cheap.
