Great storage considering I got a 7 x 5 for 20 a month due to an error. But it lasted almost a year until I got a letter that they were going to raise the price . 5 stars cause they kept their promise and my stuff was secure. The place is organized and clean!

UPDATE AUG: Management reached out via e-mail around three months later to inform me that they noted my review and have addressed the issue -- and indeed, on several visits recently it's been nice and quiet so I will have to say that the folks in charge here are obviously on top of things! UPDATE: Downgrading to ZERO STARS due to loud rap/hip-hop GARBAGE blasting through the public address system...kid on duty claimed it was Management's instructions; yeah, right -- boy even claimed it's always been that way, and came up with some nonsense about how their speakers were broken (huh???)...yep, the kid can't even get his own story straight! I'll contact management and see if they really thought this is a good idea...nothing like sorting through your belongings and being tortured by mindless noise!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pretty good overall -- but wow are these guys quick as day traders getting money from your account! I mean I goofed up with payment once and so was delinquent (for more than their two/three-day grace period, incidentally) but as soon as I'd put money in my account on file with them they took it out -- like I said, fast as (Early Aughts, when internet speeds hadn't yet been equalized for everyone by the exchanges) day traders!!

It's a cool and very clean place to store your belongings

I've been a client at this particular branch for more than three years and personally the staff has given me excellent customer service there .i want to personally say thank you! for Ms Takasha Ross who'o has always been very polite and making me very welcome when i visit the facility and telling me to have a great day always addressing me as mr Glenn although Im okay with Just Glenn not many of us still exercise what our parents taught and im greatfull to that she does thank You! I was greeted by a very a young man named Armando, he was very polite and informative. He took his time explaining the whole process and even took me in a tour to see the sizes. The units are very clean
