Wow! Great Service! Staff is very friendly and go out of there way to help! I had surgery on my bad leg and spanish guy helped get us carts and patiently showed me how to use my accesss code in the elevators. My storage unit’s lock was faulty and it was so cold today. i bothered him again and he gladly also helped me fix it!! Wish more people were like this!

Armando, Desiree, Jose, and Edgar are great Storage specialist. Facility always has units available, near roadways and busing.

Facility is in a dark area of the Bronx but overall my experience was pleasant. I had my unit for a while there and closed my account today. The manager Jay was cool, gave us all the info we needed and helped us quickly move out of our unit. The Price here was cheap and I will be coming back if I need another space. I would give 5 stars but no loading area for parking.

The cleanliness of this place has improved and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Mr. Jose was a sweetheart very nice and helped us with our payment issue. It was always a bit dirty and not so friendly before. Now I can recommend this place! Good Job Storage Post!

The young lady that attended me did not hesitate to give me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I have checked several places but she made me feel like this is the place for me to store my personal possessions. She is a great representative and more should lead by her example. Thank you.
