Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. Great storage considering I got a 7 x 5 for 20 a month due to an error. But it lasted almost a year until I got a letter that they were going to raise the price . 5 stars cause they kept their promise and my stuff was secure. The place is organized and clean!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Nychelle who is so pleasant and resourceful. I came into this location with a-million-and-one questions and I even called a couple times as well. Each time, Nychelle was respectful and knowledgeable about my concerns. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal and it made the process to secure a storage unit feel like a breeze.
