I’ve just rented with storage post I’m so relieved Gloria made every effort to get me all discounts offered including moving supply’s to make my move easier she was friendly and professional facility was clean. Im a victim of fire and she made this transition very easy recommend storage post to all.

I walked in, gt attended to immediately. But Most of all let me tell you about an employee Shevaun which is why im givibg thm 5 stars. He was the most helpful, well mannered and pleasant young man. He hlpd me and my sons sooooo much. He made the experience great! Definitely will recommend to anybody looking for their things to put in storage. Talk to him.

Shineast is a nice customer service rep. She was very informative about the units I inquired about. She assisted me with documents necessary to get a second unit. This location is pretty clean & organized.

I wasn’t available to witness the move in person (I’m actually not even sure whether the move has taken place yet), however, Mylandria was the consummate professional so I know that my possessions are in good hands. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and left me knowing that I had made the right decision to trust Storage Post with the move. She is simply AWESOME !! just wanted to say how very professional and courteous the branch manager Kevin has been!!It is rare to find someone who truly cares for their customer base.I might add, the area manager Alex has also been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions..WISH WE HAD MORE TO STORE THERE!! Amazing customer service ! I most say Jorge is very polite and was able to answer all my questions seeing that this is my very first time going through this storage process .Randy also made me feel secure storing my furniture with storage post & I think I made a great decision .
