I’ve been using this storage facility for almost two years for my personal and business purposes. I’m very satisfied with staff,they are helpful professional and friendly. Fred the manager is very courteous,always there to help and answer all questions. Once I closed one unit and after closing I have received some packages so month or two after I went to get the new unit and they kept and held my packages for me. They definitely deserve 5 starts.

I had an amazing experience at storage post. The manager Fred was truely thoughtful and caring about my needs. I went to 6 different companies today and this place is by far the best. 24 hour access, promotion deals for up to 2 month free on certain units and very clean and functioning facilities. Check it out!

Just opened a new unit here and it was a very smooth transaction. Kelvin was very helpful. Even though he was the only person working, I didn’t feel rushed and he even showed me another unit just to make me feel more comfortable with the unit. I definitely look forward to using Storage Post going forward.

I walked in to inquire about the facilities and Fred at the front desk was very helpful. I was able to take a tour and view a couple units. Everything was very clean and easy to get around. I chose a unit today and am moving things in tomorrow. Seems like there were a good amount of people loading in and they all seemed happy with the services.

I used CubeSmart in the past and Storage Post is leaps and bounds better. Better pricing, significantly better hours (24-hour access) and more easily accessible facility.

Storage Post and their staff were very friendly and informative. Aaron in the office gave me options that made my storage experience more affordable and easier to organize. He also waved some sign up fees which helped make the whole experience pleasant instead of painful. The location near the Navy Yard has aceess points on both sides of the building with elevators at each entrance. Open 24 hours and always very clean. Happy to be storing things here.

Rome was so helpful! He showed me where my locker was and assisted me in lifting my bike into the locker. I wouldn’t have been able to do it by myself. Abraham was also helpful showing me how to apply my lock to the locker. I was impressed with your staff’s interest in accommodating my needs.
