I had a great experience. Carmen was so patient and pleasant! She took her time explaining and offering many solutions to help me with any concerns that I had. She made this process very easy.

Oh. My. God. You guys at Storage post did Gods work by bringing Carmen into the team. She alone is the reason why I will be only using Storage post from now on for all my storage needs. Truly an amazing spirit and a God send.

Carmen and Kai are the best! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Carmen worked with me to find enough space that worked with my needs at the time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high-quality service in a great location.

A great place for your storage needs but their pricing is high every few months; they go up a few dollars more need be.

The space is reasonably priced and seems secure. I moved things in today and was disappointed by the lack of carts large enough to accommodate the pieces I was moving. Also, the elevator closed too quickly for me to get things in. I had to get someone to help.

Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

Good system with access codes. Very clean. Poor bathroom quality. I would prefer longer hours on weekend.
