The moment you walk in you are greeted by a super friendly staff. Abraham was very helpful and patient when I asked about 100 questions...lol...he took me on a tour of the building, showed me to a super clean room, took his time showing me how to use the keypad. Needless to say I rented the room and am very happy with my decision. I looked at many storage facilities in the area and this is by far one of the best and extremely reasonably priced storage places in my zone. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking to rent...they also rent parking spaces.

I found myself in a bind and needed a solution fast. I drove down to Brooklyn from Central New York in an attempt to move my daughter into her apartment. Unfortunately her key would not work and therefore no access to the apartment. I had a truck full of stuff and didn't want to drive it 3 plus hours back to CNY. Found the Storage Post convenient and nearby, and the staff (Calvin I believe) very helpful, genuine and willing to help me solve my problem. I made multiple trips to the unit will be recommending this place to friends.

I needed to store my stuff for two months and my experience with Storage Post was amazing. No BS, from beginning to end the experience was fast, above and beyond accommodative, and cheap. Reserving- They were fast to provide a quote and were patient with me as I asked for many different quotes to get the right one. They gave me a month free (pretty standard, but I still appreciated it), and got me the lowest prices of any of their competitors (I called all the storage places in fort green). It only cost $50 to reserve my place and they were flexible about timing. Checking In- The guy at the front desk stayed after they closed to wait for me to get off the B train to get there and didn’t rush me at all in finding the right unit (I changed units twice when I got there) and waved fees for the changes I was making. Moving- They have 24hr access which is AMAZING and a bunch of dollies to move your boxes and furniture. The elevators are old and regular sized elevators so if you have really big items, you may have to get a unit on the first floor (my three seater couch fit in the elevator). Overall, amazing. I would recommend to anyone, mostly because of the customer service. The physical space is fine and nothing fancy but did the job. Only critique is the old/regular sized elevators.
