Zero stars if I could. Without signed paperwork/digital agreements on file and they've already started charging me for a reservation I ended up cancelling the day I was supposed to move in. Update edit: Upgraded to 4 stars. Called in to verify cancellation of the unit and it was relatively quick and painless. Didn't try to negotiate or argue with me and only spoke to two different people instead of a long game of phone tag. They should have reached out to me once the move-in date had passed and there was no confirmed/signed paperwork on file - they were quick to confirm a reservation made through a 3rd party seller, but cancellations made through that same 3rd party route doesn't seem to trigger an equally rapid confirmation call. System and process could use some work but still good customer service support. Would consider them again as a self-storage option in the future.

Update: I’m unfortunately dropping my rating to a solid 3 stars. I stopped in yesterday and it’s was hot as heck on the second floor. I almost passed out trying to put items in my unit. I think they were having AC issues but the unit seemed cooler than the walkway which was weird to me but maybe the cooler air that was trapped inside of the unit accounted for this. I’m still hopeful that these are all rare occurrences that just unfortunately have been my first impressions. Original: Overall I give somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Facility is well maintained on first impressions. Staff was friendly and helpful when I stopped in to finalize my reservation on Friday. On Saturday I came in to locate the unit and drop off a few items. I couldn’t find the unit. I went downstairs to get assistance locating it and was pretty much told it was on the 2nd floor. Thanks Captain Obvious, but where on the 2nd floor? I was given further unhelpful directions and after wandering around for another 10 minutes I went back to the office. This time thankfully, I was escorted upstairs by another associate and after navigating the maze we were finally able to locate the unit. I broke the seal on the unit and unfortunately it wasn’t properly checked before rental. I found a random shampoo bottle, ripped photos and just an overall not properly vetted unit. Thankfully I brought Lysol and Wipes with me. It’s a smaller unit but it has more space than I expected. The price is unbeatable and hopefully now that the move-in kinks are out of the way it will be smooth sailing going forward.

The amazing people at Storage Post were so helpful and accommodating when I found out the movers weren't coming until after 6:00pm (and the facility closed at 7:00). They also had pad locks and mattress bags for us to purchase ahead of time. The facility was clean and felt very secure.

Overall, a good place lacking an adequate number of carts. This is my first experience using a storage facility, and although i really have no issue with the day-to-day of the facility, the reduction from what would have been a 5-star, down to a 3-star is specifically around my experience 'moving in'. Its a fairly large storage facility that is moderately unoccupied by people (i've gone in at 6AM, 2PM, 5PM, etc.). Although there are generally not many occupants, there are only three trollies in the main area. It took me 2 hours to move into a 7.5x10 room becuase i had to use my personal pull-cart (used for carrying the kids around ). If they had sufficient trollies in the facility (or one available when i needed it) this wouldve been a 30 minute process of 3 trips, instead it took me over 12 trips.

I am so happy I found this Storage unit, it really made moving & storage easy. A few things first. I want to point out the Manager Mr.Abraham Sosa. A warm welcoming professional. Mr. Sosa very informative, he knows his facility and makes your process very easy. Totally love the drive in area. This is the area you can park your car, take your time removing and storing your goods. The units are well lit. The maintenance staff keep the place spotless clean and everyone is always very kind & helpful. I have a 5×5 unit costing 122.00 a month. I will always come back. Thank you, Nydja Wages.
