I went to the Storage Post in Setauket with my boyfriend to help him grab a few items. We were having difficulty with the latch. Kirill was extremely helpful and resolved the issue for us in no time. I would highly recommend this location.

Fast and professional service. Matt showed me the unit, loaded information in the computer, explained some policies to me and I was ready to move. After loading some items in the space, I noticed that the latch is very loose on the roll up door. Matt came right over checked it out and will take care of it when a new one comes in. The outdoor parking is very crowded and all filled up, but that is part of renting. Company must be doing something right. Update 12/12/19 Rented a second unit with my brother and outside parking opened up just rented a space for a trailer or service truck. Another great experience with the crew at Storage Post. After 2 years and 9 months we decided we needed a larger storage unit. So off we went to Storage post. We rented a 10x20 unit and with a lot of help moved and organized in three hours. Staff at Storage Post were wonderful both Al and Matt, and I thank them both

When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.

Very clean

They have like 2 dollies total on the premises but the price was right so, yeah. Otherwise, no complaints.
