Upon entering the New Rochelle facility, I was greeted by a customer service representative named Ashley. She was extremely welcoming and attentive to my presence. She walked me through the different storage options and pricing. She was very informative and was patient with me, knowing that I was a first time renter. The store was extremely tidy and well kept. Fast forward, I have had my items in storage for over six months now, and I love the accessibility I have to my unit and my consistent monthly rate. This is an ideal storage facility, where you encounter excellent customer service and continued support while your items are there. Love it!!!

Easy in and out. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Security doors consistently broken. Either the main exterior roll up loading dock door or roll up to storage units is broken open.
