I thought it was a very simple and smooth process booking the storage lot online. However I didn't get the access code in order to begin storing my items. I called right away but nothing was done as of yet. I lost almost 12 hours of moving although my move in date was yesterday, November 4th. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend it due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The facility is indeed very clean and easy to navigate. One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even at opening hours on a sunday morning. Great prices, clean facility, would recommend to anyone looking for true 24hr access storage, unlike what Public Storage offers.
