Lack of parking

Although the end results was pleasant, especially due to the excellent customer service of the employee who assisted me Sunday afternoon (Manny), it wasn't enough to make this review 4 or 5 stars.The beginning of my interaction with other staff over the phone was pleasant but I received misinformation about the cost of my unit, I didnt receive the edocs to sign (had to call back), didn't receive an access code and had difficulty filling out and verifying the automatic payments. If it wasn't for Manny this would've been a 1 star review.

It needs a bit more upgrading for the monthly fee charged

PROS: They guy who works at the front desk is pretty helpful and laid back. The price of the storage rooms are great for the amount of space that you receive. CON: The woman at the front desk named DANA. TERRIBLE attitude with minimal customer service skills. She talks over you while you're trying to converse or ask a question(while giving you wrong information because she isn't listening to hear you, she's listening to respond with an attitude), which is extremely rude and annoying.

Very clean place nice stsff.but they claim to have climate control units. I have been there several times its almost like standing outside. Its cold as a freezerinthere6

this place is like a little shop of horror. i see patrons hanging out in the hallways. i only use them BC i need them!

Late charges and response during covid has been difficult. A lock was placed on our items preventing entrance. We were charged almost $50 while waiting for the office to respond to us having covid payments on time.

no one was there at front desk for about 10 minutes. Unit was no explained to me correctly. but other than that ok...
