The storage unit hallways are dark and the lights kept going out while I was trying to move in. It was very hot on the 4th floor which doesn't seem to actually be climate controlled. There were also some bugs and I saw a mouse run from one unit to another. There should be some fumigation services done and the air conditioning should be fixed. I like that there are multiple garage door openings and the pass code is my phone number, and I was given a free lock for reserving the unit online, and paying before I moved in. If I find a better place with a better price, I will move my things there. This place is just temporary. I saw enough already. Hopefully my things will be safe and pest free until I can move them out.

Ive been renting fo some time now and i dont understand why i cant use the bathroom..i travel alot when i get there they tell me its out of service or not available

The storage we had was good and clean. The facility is well maintained. However you do get the occasional people that leave the door open or jam it so they can get in and out without a code. Besides that the place is very well lit and secure.

I forgot how to open the "garage doors" to the loading dock. It took me a long time to find the "open" buttons- They should be closer to the doors for entry for convenience. I really struggled w the cylinder lock, getting it back in & lined up to close - I had to do it twice & both times I was so grateful other people were with me... I REALLY would appreciate a regular heavy duty key lock!!

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.
