The young lady at the desk was very customer friendly, she explained everything in full detail. Her demeanor was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable . Even as I was expressing my concerns she was able to assure me that my belongings will be safe .

I live in Seattle but I have had the same Long Island storage post unit for 8 years. The price for the unit is 1/3 less than Seattle area units but Long Island sp is light years better than anything available her in Seattle. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. I agree with the first review. Great facility,great service and affordable storage. Definitely see Carlos he is great. He gave me a great deal on my storage unit and gave me the storage that I needed, he really runs a great operation. You wont find a better storage facility in the area.

For starters let me say this is the 1st storage spot I seen with a clean bathroom even smells good . I accompanied my mom who rented a unit there and I have to say Liz was so nice and thorough and she even spoke Spanish which was a plus. She made sure my mom understood everything. Its nice to go somewhere and you get treated nicely.. Got to say gd job storage post and thanks Liz you're awesome, continue to be nice
