Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had. I really like this storage so far. The staff is great. The place is clean and the security access is a plus.....not to mention that all units have elevator access. No pushing boxes up stairs like some other places
