I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the building was. Customer service over the phone, and the young lady at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful throughout my check-in process. I was very happy at how clean my storage unit was. Good service

It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call to reserve and rent a unit, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well in the services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units, and a bathroom in the office.(bathroom only accessible during office hours) Also they sell locks for the units if you don't already have one, and it looks like they sell other goods and services too but I'm not sure. I rent a climate controlled 5x5x8 unit.
