I have the pleasure of renting at this facility and am truly impressed with the customer service that I've received to date. Jessica has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage units (I was on a time crunch and needed a few units ASAP). Since then, I've recommended everyone in my family to store their things at this particular location. The facility is huge and has a loading dock in the back. Access is spot on at 6AM, which was amazing during my move. I'm not sure what else you can ask for in a storage facility. Clean units, amazing customer service, and easily accessible in the early morning and late evenings. Hope this review helps you with your choice of storage facilities in the East Williamsburg, Ridgewood, Glendale areas. P.S. If you refer a friend, there's a $50 credit in it for you.

very friendly customer service. front desk lady is very welcoming. overall storage post is nice , modern , above expectation. some homeless people are there but they are outside.
