My daughter chose this facility due to 24 hour access. We went two weeks ago at 11pm to then be denied access. Come to find out no longer 24 hours and she recieved no notification of changes.

I’m so very happy with my units here at the Ozone Park location. They have a very friendly and professional staff. The manager, Julissa, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole facility is always clean and neat. I’m up to my fourth unit at this location. Very convenient and easy access.

Had a seamless experience with getting a new unit. And the person working the front desk, Carlos was utterly amazing. He was responsive, kind and followed-up a few times as I was unloading. Great place to store your stuff.
