Very disappointed, I lost my key, i went to ask person at office and she told me thatcshe was already closing so I have to comeback tomorrow at business hours, I know, i was 10 minutes past 6 pm but, she didn't leave till 6 30 pm, that may would take 5 to 10 minutes to use bolt cutting, that is call customer service.

GREAT .. THE REP THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. YOUR LOCATION AS WELL AS THE UNIT ITSELF WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. THE 24 HR ACCESS IS GREAT FOR ALL MY BUSINESS NEEDS.
