I stopped-by today to get some information in my quest to obtain a storage unit. Ms. Jessica Santos was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is also a great sales representative! Even though one of your competitors offered me a larger unit at less cost, because of her and her great service in explaining the amenities your location provided and offering me a good deal, I ended up renting a unit on the spot and paid for the entire year in advance! I have been involved in the customer service industry at various capacities throughout my professional career and I have always viewed employees such as Ms. Santos as an invaluable asset. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She represented your company well and made a great impression on me. Thank you and congratulations to you and Ms. Santos.

The unit is spacious, clean and easy to access. The attendant was very helpful and obviously knew her stuff.

I was recommended by a neighbor, and I really don't regret it at all. Kimberly, the female who I met the day I went to inquire, was very knowledgeable and polite a d friendly. No hassle. Also, Portia from the corporate office, was very helpful, friendly, and very much outgoing. I like the treatment I received. I hope it continues while my belongings are there, and into the future. 24 Hours Access, only downside is that it's very pricey. Wish the price of storage would go down over time

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..

Best Storage place... Clean! Friendly and Helpful. But, best part affordable vs Manhattan.!!!
