When I came in there was 4 people ahead of me, but even with that being said, I was greeted professionally and attentively by Manny, he was able to take all of us strangers on a tour of the facility, he showed us the intercoms, the kiosk, a lot of elevators, a lot of cameras, spacious loading bays, a lot of moving supplies, I love the $50 referral promo and multiple ways to pay (you guys do need Apple Pay, tap your credit card etc) manny took care of us all accordingly, we told him exactly what we were storing and he was able to get the exact size on the first shot. He was funny and entertaining. He is unique in customer service and represented the company very well on what it has to offer. I’m happy I chose storage post.

Hello All I would just like to inform you that the customer service at Storage Post is excellent. The facility is always clean and safe And access to facility is reasonable Manny the representative there is always very helpful. He is friendly,pleasant and answers all my questions .

Manny is a different breed, you need more of him…clean place, a lot of cameras, great access hours, 3 elevators, the kiosk help me alot but not more than manny and lastly the $50 referral promo is dope. Again thank you manny.
