My recent visit at Post Storage was fast, smooth and nothing short of professional. Manny, who assisted me was highly professional and attentive to my needs. Manny was very knowledgeable about all questions that I've raised and most of all he was patient. As I told him I was looking to move into a smaller unit, I was given detailed info about various units and made me feel comfortable if I had any further questions to ask. He's inviting, warm and friendly yet professional which is a balance that is not often seen in business nowadays. I appreciated my experience and will suggest others to try them (Post Storage, North Shore) as well. Thanks again.

I highly recommend renting with storage post( Richmond Terrace). Manny was very attentive and helpful. He helped me with a smooth transition into the unit.Manny also made sure my storage unit was sanitized and clean before placing my belongings in my unit. Excellent service!

Manny really went above and beyond, he helped me create an email so that I can receive the proper electronic paper work for my records, this was my 2nd visit and he always keeps the place up to par. Storage Post is the BEST storage facility I've ever used! The staff, specifically Kimberly, were so friendly and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect storage unit. The facility itself is SO clean and well-organized, and the ample parking made it so easy to load and unload my belongings. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!

I was very frustrated. When I arrived no one was there to take me to my unit, give me the key to my lock. I arrived with my movers and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come back! No one told me they close for lunch!!!!!! No one told me I needed the key to get into the unit!!!!! I had to pay my movers extra!!!!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy and satisfied with manny and his representation of this facility and what it has to offer. Great prices, great access hours, great security and very clean, the kiosk I love but I prefer to deal with many. Thank you again very very good customer service.
