Thank you Manny, for your great customer service. You are on point, very experienced, friendly, and also funny. From the moment my husband and I walked in you were very professional and courteous. We appreciate you for all the information you gave us and for assisting us during our visit. This is a great location 620 Richmond Terrace corner of Franklin and Richmond Terrace. Very affordable, clean and close to the Staten Island Ferry. Ask for Manny he is a great person and very helpful. .We are very satisfied we give you 5 stars.

From start to finish this has been a dream experience, thanks to manager Manny. So incredibly and genuinely nice; helpful; knowledgeable; patient with questions; just an all-around great experience. This is a brand new facility so super clean; wide halls; covered loading; great rate structure; THREE elevators!! This place can't be beat. Thanks Manny!!

A great rental experience. Facility is brand new with a good location and before/after office-hours access to the rental units. Manny was very helpful throughout the process which was quick and easy. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the facility. Manny, "like the boxer," can't be beat!
