Seamless move-in process with a clear outline of the rules. Just don't hoard the moving dollies and you'll be fine. Otherwise, VERY clean facility. Manny is THE man to see (or Shawn if he isn't there).

Manny from start to finish provided the best services i ever received in any type of customer service, it’s unique how he is able to talk and make you feel comfortable with his attentiveness, it’s like ive known him for years. He is Funny, welcoming, professional, well mannered, respectful, assertive. I have one storage unit already and just rented another and just like when i rented my first unit last year he represented this company so well, all the cameras, multiple elevators, kiosk and amazing access hours that is so convenient for my business. I don’t really like leaving reviews but i had to for manny based off how satisfied i always am with him, but when i went to start leaving this review and read all the others experiences with manny there is no way they are lying, i agree with everything anyone has ever said positive about manny and how he take care of his customers. The way he knows this building is as if it’s his second home lol he told me that it’s like his second home lol anyways manny don’t change for the world, thank you storage post for the security in knowing I’ll be secured well with storing with you guys. We read & heard great reviews about this place…and wow, the reviews were on point! Needed a storage place that was very safe, very clean & very convenient & this place delivers. Not only that, everyone we spoke to and dealt with were so professional and courteous and helpful. You could probably find a few places on SI that are a touch cheaper but tbh, this Storage Post is great. Dealt with Manny there on site and he was super helpful and so nice. Get a spot here: the prices, location, condition & staff are great; I hope it continues this way b/c this place is great. The only "negative" (though that's too-strong a word) was when I signed up online, you supposedly can "reserve" the spot you want for 48 hours (if I remember) to think about everything. Unfortunately, in no time, I received a direct phone call from Storage Post (might have been a main office) to "lock in" the unit I chose online. Marketing-wise, I understand why this was done; personally, I didn't like it at all and thought it was heavy handed and a bit intrusive.

So easy to use, so easy to set up and your staff was so polite.
