Storage Post is the BEST storage facility I've ever used! The staff, specifically Kimberly, were so friendly and knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect storage unit. The facility itself is SO clean and well-organized, and the ample parking made it so easy to load and unload my belongings. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!

Manny really went above and beyond, he helped me create an email so that I can receive the proper electronic paper work for my records, this was my 2nd visit and he always keeps the place up to par. He gave me an awesome, personable, entertaining and professional tour of the building. He does a fine job of keeping it clean. The kiosk and call center is really cool and convenient. I highly recommend renting with storage post( Richmond Terrace). Manny was very attentive and helpful. He helped me with a smooth transition into the unit.Manny also made sure my storage unit was sanitized and clean before placing my belongings in my unit. Excellent service!

My recent visit at Post Storage was fast, smooth and nothing short of professional. Manny, who assisted me was highly professional and attentive to my needs. Manny was very knowledgeable about all questions that I've raised and most of all he was patient. As I told him I was looking to move into a smaller unit, I was given detailed info about various units and made me feel comfortable if I had any further questions to ask. He's inviting, warm and friendly yet professional which is a balance that is not often seen in business nowadays. I appreciated my experience and will suggest others to try them (Post Storage, North Shore) as well. Thanks again.

So I had personal difficulties getting proper info and insurance required to get a discount. But I have never met anyone in costumer service who is as understanding, patient and calm as Manny. This guy has the nerves of steel. Truly an amazing ️ experience ( and a personal lesson in patience and understanding). I don't even care if the price goes up. If this guy is there, he alpne is worth extra dollars lol. Manny went above and beyond.

Approaching the building I was amazed how clean and appealing it was, the spacious loading docks, all of the cameras outside, the kiosk and than the attentiveness Manny the man gave from the moment I walked in, I read alot of the reviews and oh boy are they true! Manny did a marvelous job representing this facility and what it has to offer, he gave me a very well mannered, calm, respectful, funny and detailed tour of the building. Alot elevators and karts. Pricing and discounts he explained was very convenient along with the access hours. Again thank you Manny you really made me feel welcome.

I highly recommend Storage post-self-storage for its reasonable prices and friendly service.!! Very clean and easy access to store stuff. I had the pleasure of speaking to manny that was very very helpful to me and he made me feel so comfortable when I opened up my unit, Manny was Super nice his energy was amazing he fixed all my details in the system because I booked over the phone with a woman and a lot of my information was put in wrong and manny corrected it all. Manny said let's go see the unit to make sure it's a good fit for you before we sign everything he walked me to my unit to show me it and I loved it. We then went back down to confirm and signed my documents which by the way was easy as 123. They have an easy-loading part to park right in front. This place is great!!! I am at the storage facility at least 3 times per week for my business and always have a great experience. I am always greeted by a kind, courteous, helpful employee name Manny. This storage is the best storage place I have ever come in contact with it feels like home if you are looking for a storage place this is the one for you.
