Manny from start to finish provided the best services i ever received in any type of customer service, it’s unique how he is able to talk and make you feel comfortable with his attentiveness, it’s like ive known him for years. He is Funny, welcoming, professional, well mannered, respectful, assertive. I have one storage unit already and just rented another and just like when i rented my first unit last year he represented this company so well, all the cameras, multiple elevators, kiosk and amazing access hours that is so convenient for my business. I don’t really like leaving reviews but i had to for manny based off how satisfied i always am with him, but when i went to start leaving this review and read all the others experiences with manny there is no way they are lying, i agree with everything anyone has ever said positive about manny and how he take care of his customers. The way he knows this building is as if it’s his second home lol he told me that it’s like his second home lol anyways manny don’t change for the world, thank you storage post for the security in knowing I’ll be secured well with storing with you guys. Manny the Man truly is remarkable in what he does representing this company and himself. We are getting storage due to bad fire and oh boy did he bring joy to us during these trying times in a pure genuine way, he is deff one of a kind.
