OK LET ME GIVE YOU A LITTLE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH STORAGE POST I'V RENTED IN THE PAST FROM STORAGE POST AN I WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH FACILITIES FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY OFFICE PEOPLE VERY CLEAN UNITS AND I REALLY NEEDED ANOTHER UNIT IMMEDIATELY AN I WAS ABLE TO COME ACROSS THIS PARTICULAR ONE AND I ARRIVED THEY SHOWED ME THE UNIT AND AS EXPECTED JUST A GREAT FACILITY AND I'M 100% SATISFIED WITH THE STORAGE POST SO I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THANKS.

Their service is good but only one serious concern I have is when they have drilled long screws to reinforce the bottom part of all the storage spaces, this long screw drilling has gone through one of my expensive pro audio accessories box and I'm hoping that it has not damaged my accessories. Overall, storage post management should be more careful when drilling long screws for a thin metal reinforcement. I also feel that they should lower my monthly payment for the next year and half because of this and keep all my access the same, then I will say that it is even.

I cannot say enough positive things about Storage Post on Dunnigan Drive in Suffern, NY. From the minute we walked in and met Joan the process of picking the right size storage unit, being shown how secure the site is and how easy access to our unit will be, was smooth sailing. Joan is professional, knowledgeable and personable. We definately feel that our possessions will be well stored and cared for.
