Having to use self storage has always brought fear and reservations. Yet, after the experience with Storage Post, specifically Alex, my reservations are gone. Alex was professional, friendly and made sure I was clear about everything, even which lock to use. The place is cleaner.......than my house, and I keep my house clean. The cost for storage is more reasonable than the "competition".

Our first experience with Storage Post in Suffern NY was far from satisfactory on a number of levels and we rated them accordingly with a one star review. Within an hour, we received an email and a phone call asking if we would give them a chance to make it right. Well, I must say that every employee we dealt with after that couldn't do enough for us from upgrading our unit - twice! - at no added charge when one came available, to handling all paperwork for us to facilitate the upgrades. This is a company that stands by its business ethic and earns its reputation. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

The staff is amaizing!! They are really attentive and willing to help and answer you questions. Is the first time we use storage and honestly it has been an great experience; the units are clean and secure and it’s easy to move things in even if you have to do it by yourself.
