This girl I tell you!!!! She knew everything like the back of her hand!! Thank you Ashley you were so patient with us showing us the different size units!!! The store was clean and smelled amazing thank you I will definitely reccomend this storage place to my friends and family

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

ASHLEY is amazing! She was so kind and efficient. I wasn't certain how much space would be good for me and she took me to three different units so that I could settle on a what would be best for my needs. She is such a lovely person! Ashley told me about the prices and promotions for the space and helped me set up autopay. She also was able to help me figure out what boxes I would need to pack my stuff up for storage and what discounts were available. Such a great experience! Everything is super clean and climate controlled. I love that this location gives you the option to access your space even if office hours are over for the day. I looked into other locations for comparison and they limit you to office hours only which is tough for a working person with a hefty commute. I highly recommend this storage location and especially speaking with Ashley!
