Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. They are both very knowledgeable and patient- which are amongst the most important qualities to possess in a field like theirs. Lavona and Edilee were great! I made a visit and inquired about a 5x10 unit which I will be moving into next week! I’ve chosen to look around to see what storages best fit me and I believe my husband and I will choose here. both very knowledgeable and helpful ! Let’s not forget both smiles and personality’s very vibrant ! I highly recommend. The buildings kept extremely clean.

I met the most hard working ladies today while renting a unit at pelham’s storage post. Lavona and Edilee are wonderful and very knowledgable!!! thank you for the best experience I will refer my friends here... they should get more guys they work too hard.

I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !

Lavona is amazing !!! I reserved a unit on the phone with Portia, and ended up choosing one that best fits my needs. I changed the size of the unit I wanted to rent and I am extremely happy with my choice. She is very Friendly !

I wanted to move into storage post on Saturday. I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.
