Lavona was spectacular ! She exceeded my expectations of customer service. Coming in she was cleaning and still was very attentive to me. She assured me she would be right with me. She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! Your manager lavona is the best. I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away.
